the quality of NF1-related care you/your child
receives at your next primary care visit
Join us!
Help us to improve care
for the NF1 community!
You may be eligible if you:
∙
Are an adult (18 & over) with
NF1 or a parent/guardian of
a child with NF1
∙
Speak English or Spanish
∙
Live in the U.S., Puerto Rico,
or other U.S. territories
∙
Have an annual physical or
well-child visit scheduled
with a primary care doctor
or pediatrician
∙
Receive informational letters
about NF1 care.
∙
Share these letters at the
upcoming primary care visit.
∙
Take 2 online surveys
(30 minutes each)
∙
Do a Zoom interview
(60 minutes)
You will receive up to $150
for your time.
